Muahaha. Thanks man. Was with kaperskyfan yesterday working chest. I'm now 72 plus kg only, yet was benching 275lbs for reps. =P, hammer chins BW + 45kg tied to dip belt, also for reps. Strength is up, bf% is low. Expect a pic which is even more ripped than this one on Saturday or so.

Remember there's a saying that skinny guys with abs are like fat chicks with boobs? I also say ripped guys who can't go heavy is akin to the same thing. I believe in being as ripped as possible and still being able to tear up heavy weights.

Currently 71.9kg. Total 6kg loss. Lifts still going up.

Military press 75kg


Failed deadlift attempt at 485lbs. ALMOST locked out. Zzzz.... Aiming to hit back old PR of 525lbs achieved years ago.
This was attempted after:-
225lbs x 5
335lbs x 5
405lbs x 5
445lbs x 2
455lbs x 1
465lbs x 1

I had 2 lower back surgeries from an accident and fractured 2 wrists from a.rollerblading incident. But i have deadlifted raw 525lbs. So i need a belt and straps. I have never done military presses before. This is my 4th session so i don't know if my back will arch or not. But I'm not willing to take the risk.
