I constantly changing my routine every week. But usually I start with wide pull up 3x10 then barbell row (underhand this week, overhand next week) 4x12,10,8,6 then wide pull down 3x10 or 3x12,10,8 then seated cable row or One-Arm Dumbbell Row 3x10 or 3x12,10,8 and lastly, deadlift (depending on my mood lol)
