220kgs deadlifts of 4 sets of singles at 81.5% of my max of 270kg.

Current bodyweight 69.8kg. Roughly 3.85x my bodyweight for 1rm max. Elite level.

from what weight did you start finding it hard to increase your DL weight and how did you manage it?

If I eat shit tons of food I get fat sad.gif even though I train daily, yeah 10-12 eggs, half kilo chicken pop corn, 2 shakes & 2 full bowls of rice...

i am 92+- kg (202.5lbs)

eggs are 8 whites, 4 whole

shakes are 25gm protein per serving

so:
500gm chickens = 105gms
eggs = 60 gms
2 x shakes = 50 gms

total = 215gms protein

I always read to eat 1gm of protein for 1lb of body weight... so I thought my protein intake is ok?


shooot just have a thought...
is it only beginner need that much protein...?
while for people with above average muscle mass need lesser?
