No. I was on broscience diet. Fk "clean eating. chicken breats only, no carbs" fad. Haha.

Then started reading tons of thread stickied here and BB.com . Armesh posted a lot of good links too on nutrition somewhere in this forum. And tht's how I learn about macro and micro.

Currently, reverse dieting from that stupid cut. Increasing my calories slowly while maintaining current weight. happy.gif

Pretty lean.. Now that you know where you went wrong, just continue lifting and try build up the strength that you lost.

Last year, I used to bench at above my bodyweight till I did bro-cut. I got pretty lean and lost my strength and muscle. cry.gif

So, I learned from my mistake and watch my calories carefully. Now, im getting back to where I was. icon_rolleyes.gif
