About 0.8g/lb. I believe the 1g/lb figure came from people simply rounding up 0.8 to 1.

Both deadlift setup is not tight enough. A lot of unnecessary movement and not focusing on doing the actual deadlift

Long pants guy's form seems legit. Second vid, ask him to stop shrugging back shoulders at the top. No need for such exaggerated movement. And no need for such a slow negative otw down.

Shoulder a little over the barbell otherwise you will be forced to pull in row your knee.
If that is not your near max then practise with a better form which is no rounded back, chest up.

from what I have understood

1gm per lb of LEAN BODY MASS

0.7-0.8 per lb of BODY WEIGHT
