Any residential property that too close to mrt station will turn out to be disaster. Better keep an safe distance.

I went to the site. Surrounding quit nice when mahajaya complete develope the land nearby which suppose to be semi d n bungalow houses. Good point is per floor only 4 units ... not much info on the detail 3D concept drawing... if u want a nice unit u have to book now.

See you buy the property for what purpose.

For own stay, 5 mins driving distance to MRT.

For investment, 5 mins walking distance to MRT biggrin.gif

Sales person sure got different points to tell one. Die also can talk back alive, if not how to find eat sweat.gif

I personally find this project is quite good for own stay.

MRT line 2 is just a preliminary proposal lah, survey + design + costing for parliament proposal. Although IF confirm, maybe after 2019 can complete. U all can wait or not?

a coin have 2 side bro, everything got pros and cons.
i personally feel that for commercial property of coz the closer the better.
for some residential property that targeting rental purpose or working class people also good, like soho studio or apartment at town.
but some for mainly own stay or wish to maintain the exclusivity, to close to mrt station will mass up the surrounding area. i dont think desa park city people welcome MRT station right? tongue.gif

Bros.....anyone who currently stay somewhere nearby this area? I was told that it is really jam in the peak hours where you will need at least one and half hour to reach KL, Sunway, & two hours to PJ?
Also, how is the surrounding amenities here? convenient to restaurants, fuel station and etc?
