nowadys no more land in KL area...Cheras up to 9miles can be consider near....even thought is bit distance to KL city..500persqft not a problem...

South of KL means those futher in side Cheras ie batu 12...etc, right ? then is even further from KLcity centre ? or Serdang area ? can use the map to measure the distance...

My opinion, those area within 20km from KL city centre area (ie bukit bintang area) can consider as KL or may be they have selangor address...
Those further than 20km can be seen as outskirt KL / Sealangor... the price betwen this two area should have significant different...the earlier still can command 500+ sqft... I remember the Greater KL means 30km from city centre..metioned by Idriss Jalil before.... Any opinion on this...? |

i get to know from their sales office the latest superlink Dpremier I, already sold out..850k...coming phase Premier II indicative close to 900k...the location is at the hilltop side...
Then i found the ealier superlink which close to handover , adjacent to bukit belimbing factory, also asking for RM900k from Iproperty....the price escalate very fast this side....Probably no Freehold landed already which has the same distance to KL city centre... of course, damai perdana is nearer...sg long and mahkota need to que all the way at main road jalan cheras..

Yeah..agree..the road there needs improvement....but not really deep inside compare to Makhkota cheras / sg long...foreseen not much land avaialble..

There are new on MRT 2 (Sg buloh to Putrajaya) going to passby here...wonder how true is that ?

looks very deep inside this project...

I dont think can follow this road..this mahajaya project already with the guarded gated confinement..as espcialy the superlink under construction, beside s&p, there is another copy of agreement on guarded gated...

I personally prefer VINA..at least by Mitraland should have better profile. But i did not booked either..
