but this project can easy access from silk highway, less than 3 minutes, and no jam.
from there can link to sg besi highway, kesas or putrajaya highway.....

vista villa, about 560 psf onwards, sold about 70% before launching.
vina, 500psf onwards before discount, almost sold first block before launching in a month.

agree, but pros an cons.
they nearer to kl but leasehold, and the spec is a bit outdated, less than 2ac of land no landscaping and less facilities.
and again, for the price of 600psf leasehold no landscaping, malay area, some people will complain that better go somewhere else tongue.gif

1-2KM are too narrow, most of the time you cant find anything to compare.
i prefer at least about 5km.

and Taman Pertama to Damai Perdana exceed 5km even by straight line distance.. lolzz

2. our project are about 1000+- feets aways from htc
3. not guarantee, but most of the units are higher than the htc. need to confirm with you again after i check the height.

and we are not really deep inside. i drive from the site to silk highway take less than 3 minutes.

i can foresee in the future, people who stay at youcity or maxim, every morning 7am if they want to take MRT to KL city center, first they need to take MRT back to kajang station first, then back to KL again.

otherwise you cant get in to MRT until 9am. smile.gif
