Yup I agree with what bro chulk said.
I personally experienced before that if a newly completed prop are to be left unsold or rented for 6 months or more. U would be starting to see African, middle easterner, students and etc surface.
This is not a great move since it will affect the good name of the prop and eventually decline in prop velue

Honestly, I don't quite like to have MRT station so near to my house; it will be very dusty. CT is greenery and forest and nice landscape with fresh air, MRT railway will spoil the whole thing... sad.gif

If confirmed, it won't be very near to ct. About 1km according to him. Not sure , but good thing as value ct wil up~

Yep, Just like Trinity Group (The Zest), Build the flyover to BK9. I stay in BK9 which developed by I&P group. But I&P not intend to the flyover.
So I really appreciate the zest developer. If not I have to make a big big U turn from TPM everytime I go back.

I support mrt actually. more ppl use it then less traffic, good for CT owner who drive..
and I hv no worry about the dust, we r at least 50 floors high fr the ground...
I buy/invest (cos not convenience to move here alto I truly wish to..) here too.
The reason i invest here cos I believe it is GooooD.. else is really stupid here since not rental play.
I hv bear the risk of all cons mentioned earlier, so I deserve the GOOD return if the final product is GREAT~ rclxm9.gif
Then, I believe many potential buyers/ owners willing to pay more to hv it for own stay, no headache ..

for the downpayment, you need about 150K since almost all landed property cant get 90% loan due to valuation issue....another 15K for for agreement fees and stamp duty. rclxms.gif
anyone have about 300K in hand can actually go to grab a subsale landed~~~most likely with no G&G tongue.gif
