QUOTE(chulk @ May 27 2013, 07:06 PM) lol 1200-1500 per month... you mean you expect the rental will be same with that condo juta mines.... Lol, not exactly mean that, just take the worst assumption...i personally expect at least 1800-2200 with basic furnished then it should be nice...Anyway im concern the surrounded double storey link house value is also about this price or even lower...(the subsale price)...high end about 800k but bigger size... |

QUOTE(johnlaw @ May 28 2013, 09:09 AM) The Heritage so much different le: By the way, what mean by HTC?- Walking distance to The Mines - Walking distance to shoplots and KTM - Beautiful lake - Nice location - Easy access - Classy name and design - A landmark for that area - No HTC nearby Cloudtree should be nice for own stay, while for rental... |

QUOTE(brianccg @ May 28 2013, 12:09 PM) Agreed with you. I dont think Cloud tree can fetch a good rental when it complete just like One Sentul. The present rental for One Sentul bare unit is RM1800 and with furnish is around RM2200. But the capital appreciation is very good especially for the 1st Phase buyer. Soft launching price is RM360K 4 years ago and now is asking for RM620K. The reasons are low density and most of the units are main for own stay rather than investment. Halo neighbour! For me, Cloud Tree is target for capital appreciation and for those ppl who choose to stay eventually. Anyway, bro, I am one of your neighbor in Cloud tree... |

?????? counter what? 1. they are about few hunded meter away from us, driving distance about 1km, srrounded by the link houses (about 20 meters from link houses). 2. we built on much higher ground than them 3. we using total different access road with them 4. they plan to built this since 8 years ago, until now still on fund raising stage 5. they only held event on wesak day 6. unlike mosque or surau or hindu temple or tao temple, buddist temple are very quiet and peaceful. i dont see any issue to worry about, unless you are the type of people strictly no any temple within 1km, or you hate Buddhism. [/quote] Chulk bro, Please dont easily get offended, Im personally do not find objectionable to Buddhists or temple. My intention is just trying to get the clear picture. Or put it this way, I just wanted to know if it is affected to CT either from good or bad point of view. cheers |
