QUOTE(seanooi880327 @ May 1 2013, 11:23 AM) you can not do that.1. toy size dog like chiwawa beagles is very loud barking dog. 2. a lot of people will not follow the rules or understand the rules, when they saw neighbor having shizhu, they will bring husky or chow chow along. 3. people will fight or argue with management office for having larger size pets. most important is, you give a chances for people to create troubles instead of avoiding it. |

Dude, come and see those area that too close to Lrt station such as Wangsa maju or miharja or bkt jalil or kelana......I like this condo. I will talk over my family to upgrade from my apartment to CloudTree. I just wanted to said. When a condo too near. The Sale agent will sell in at door steps. But if a condo is far, e.g 2 km. The Sale agent will said, too near is disaster like kitkat saying. better keep an safe distance. LOL |

QUOTE(oreomambo @ May 30 2013, 06:15 PM) No lar, been there virtually. I am a satellite warrior. Did your satellite show you that the land is about 30 40 feet lower than the project? Even the project lowest point or the entrance is higher than their roof top. |

QUOTE(rainman19 @ Jun 8 2013, 05:24 PM) Price point is good for own stay, but investment bit tough, by the time 3 yrs later subsales increase to 700K. buyer need to fork out 70K as 10% downpayment. market can afford it?? In Malaysia all sub sale require to fork out 10% down payment. Do you mean all property in Malaysia not worth for investment?developer selling B2C price now my 2 cent opinion ya. hope you all don mind |

QUOTE(yslee78 @ Jun 21 2013, 09:15 PM) Want to ask some advice here as I'm also newbie in property. Please come back by 4 weeks time and our office will be ready. For this kind of pre-launch booking, normally there is no show room provided. And for this CloudTree, it also does not have any sales office yet. I have called the sales agent, and they said have to arrange to meet up to provide me the details. As a consumer, may I know how should I protect my own interest so that I'm indeed meeting up an authorised agent and the booking fee is paid to the authorised party? |

QUOTE(Kvsual @ Jun 28 2013, 03:30 PM) Haha wont offended la bro, we all just discussing here, so can make the right choice/decision when come to property. 1. Wotp. This project launch by last year. If there are any 1649SF unit available I seriously don't think sdb will sell you at 467 psf now. Please don't compare the Price that launch a year ago. Im not demanding but just pampered by other projects in klang valley with Show unit/brochures/events. Yes I do understand Fancy show unit not equal to actual quality) But atleast I can roughly know how big is the 1269 in actual size and Size in each rooms. (I've compared the VINA/DreamCity Sales gallery which offers similar layout). I've booked the Block A with 650K pricetag, and it's not considered cheap in this Cheras south area. (2500rm + 350 maintenance monthly), so with this price in this area considered high end ady. ( 650psf above will be in prime area like OKR etc) After research some "high end" condo in the same area: WOTP: 880,200 for 1694sf; 10% rebates + 2k atleast Angpao = 467 psf VINA: 1270sf = 450-500psf DreamCity: 520psf for 1430sf OneSouth: Soho 500psf for 1270sf All around the same psf from 450-550 for their so called luxury/ResortStyle/High end condo. hahaha (I excluded the CasaGreen, no offends to their owners yea). I also wish to have Money to build my bungalow/ or atleast landed house, but I've decided to move away from Landed to Condo due to only 2pax (3pax max) and I prefer facilities & tight security. (My parent won't stay in condo, so I've to secure a home for 2 of us). Haha Yes I'm demanding and fussy too 2. Vina launching price start from 500 psf. After rebate cheapest still start from 460 psf. How you able to get 450psf?. And by the way go to check and see what's their price now. 3. not familiar but I went there 2 months ago lowest Price is 550psf after discount. 4. One south. Totally different class product. |

QUOTE(Kvsual @ Jun 28 2013, 09:35 PM) I'm just sharing my info so as I do know roughly the selling price psf in this area. All are categorized as high end and Im neither comparing directly nor fighting for what. Im also buyer of Cloudtree, and have the right to compare several options to meet my requirement. You can take it or ignore the info given. Sorry mate I using iPhone to reply and might sound rude sometimes. No really yet to offend you. peace.1) WOTP. Yes launched it last year and I was there during launch till March only enquire for the price. The price was given in 4th March 2013, Not last year price. 2) I went there last Sunday before I paid booking to CT. 3) Yes. Price is 550psf after discount for 1430sf, confirmed as I'm also the buyer. 4) One South. The Gardens & Parc condo facing Lake, it's 500psf confirmed as my brother got the duplex Soho. Anyways, im just sharing, no offends. I think I wil keep it myself instead of sharing to avoid any conflicts, especially pricings. |
