Saw the floor plan.
Not very ideal. But because of kiasu, I've signed the letter of intent. Now heading into cooling-off period. 1. The waste chamber is ridiculously close to the entrance of one of the unit (side by side!). And the rubbish valve is on the unit's side instead of the other side. Means you will probably hear the falling rubbish bags knocking your living room's wall. 2. Only two lifts for 29 floors. The waiting time could be very frustrating. 3. The B2 north view is actually Bukit Segar View. But you can peep the city view through the gap between the other two blocks. 4. The main access road is sadly a less than ideal case. Widen the road doesn't make it classy. |
