Zalam workmanship is quite ok. They are main con for 1 Sentul and Alam Puri.

Yes.. I am Zalam Staff and they pay me RM1 million/month salary, sound interested and keen to work for them???

Bro, I am just an ordinary person which said out what I think is right. Dont you think instead of asking the topic starter and keep posted : PM me, PM me, why not call the developer to clarify and check if really keen?

1st project was 5 years ago when they launch Alam Puri in Jalan Ipoh. Did not buy as dont like condominium.

4 years ago, change my mind and looked for a condominium and visited One Sentul and grab a unit.

And when to Taman Bullion for a subsale terrace last year....Like the house and finishing but no money to buy...... (asking for 1.3million)

haha....I would not surprise they will suspect me from developer.

Zalam is tottaly diff from Talam!!!!

Even Zalam is new as developer but they are main contractor for few projects.

Personally, I like the workmanship and the previous two project Alam Puri and One Sentul deliver on time.

It is definitely ideal place for own stay due to low density and privacy. Hope to see more picture on landscape. So, the pet zone confirm already?

Agreed with you. I dont think Cloud tree can fetch a good rental when it complete just like One Sentul. The present rental for One Sentul bare unit is RM1800 and with furnish is around RM2200. But the capital appreciation is very good especially for the 1st Phase buyer. Soft launching price is RM360K 4 years ago and now is asking for RM620K. The reasons are low density and most of the units are main for own stay rather than investment.

For me, Cloud Tree is target for capital appreciation and for those ppl who choose to stay eventually.
