How many floors per block & how many units in total? Although 4 units per floor, looks quite high density also from the pics.

Chulk, best to show here some layout plans and floor plans? Or can they email is full price for all units? Also type of materials used for finishing, etc? Or we need to go to their office?

If the one at Alam Damai is near to Prima housing area, then unlikely the 2nd one will be near CloudTree. Higher chances of the next one being closer out to Taman Juara/Belimbing than to CloudTree.

Bedroom with tiles not "warm" feeling wor .. haha. Chulk, the smaller unit is not dual-key concept rite? Only the bigger unit is, right? I don't like the dual-key concept after seeing Vina's show unit.

I was initially keen but now need to reconsider. With or without MRT, will there be a decent group of people willing to rent this high end condo? After all, this will be the last to be VP'ed compared to condos within the vicinity eg Altitude, Cheras Heights, WOTP, Casa Green and Vina. Still got market for decent rental ka?
