From what I heard from SA, they have revised the maintenance fees to RM180, no confirmation in writing though.

how long did you guys take to get the stamped s&p?
i signed mid-august but checked with gya, it's still with ms. gya will only stamp when received the s&p from ms. |

Went there just now, looks all ready to handover. However, doors are locked so could not access to unit. Was able to drive in there, guard house not ready yet. Alpine buyer here...
