I was at the showroom just now. New row of A2 has been just launched with additional 20k.

From what I heard from SA, they have revised the maintenance fees to RM180, no confirmation in writing though.

Only open A2 but not together with A1?
*

want to clarify about the fees will pay by developer...

SAP legal fee & stamping fee
Loan legal fee & stamping fee

Am I correct? Any other fee is need to pay by us?
*
the acknowledgement letter states that:
Legal fee on Loan agreement excluding disbursement fee & stamp duty is borne by developer

my interpretation on this is that disbursement fee & stamp duty for LA is paid by us, correct?

that for the clarification.. so all pages in your S&P are filled with contents? no blank page?
*
What do you mean by blank pages? The S&P that I signed has overall layout, house layouts & details.

Do they need to complete the clubhouse before handing over our units? If so, would still require some time before we will get the keys huh

Went there just now, looks all ready to handover. However, doors are locked so could not access to unit. Was able to drive in there, guard house not ready yet. Alpine buyer here...
