Not going to sign the form since it stated "l/We shall no further claims whatsoever against you pertaining to this matter."
Better to know the target VP date and LAD amount based on number of days of delay. Formula for LAD amount as follow: 10% of purchase price * (#days for delay in VP / 365 days) |
