Not many properties can give u more 15-20pc profit nowadays if the proj was launched yr 2013-2014. Those 30-50pc return are gone. Investor needs to wake up and realistic.

Clubhouse will be completed before Chinese new year for sure....lake is natural lake which is better then those man made lake...you may see a lot of migratory bird...definitely good sign for stay....need to protect from hooligans...perhaps can do observatory place as to watch migratory bird ..

Sorry to ask this again, is there anyway to speed up the internet service provider to setup internet in mr2?

The days of using my phone as the sole internet device is very hard (e or 3g with weak signal), it is hard to even load the email in my mailbox, well, for now it is just my problem as i need to work from home sometimes during the night

Buy external modem bah. I have been pairing it with maxis plan and able to get average 30mbps speed. No issue for streaming and internet surfing.

i can get the external modem at any IT store right?

Just buy 4g LTE modem with wifi. Many brands in market. U can get it from IT shop. Some able to connect to house phone so u can plug in telephone set and alarm system.

depends on which house is yours situated at...
mine only have a spot (master room on the upper floor) with better signal (3g with 3 bars), the rest of the house area is practically weak signal to none

you buy any 4G LTE modem will not fully utilize if provider did not provide any good signal coverage in the area,

I think depend on which phase u staying. I have digi, celcom and maxis line. The fastest is maxis around 30mbps, celcom and digi less than 10mbps. Sometimes digi speed can drop to 2mbps especially from 8pm-12am. Very unstabil and not advisable. Maxis is the most stabil maintaining 25mbps-30mbps.
