Build up should be 50x22, 15/25ft long for carpark, 10ft wide for garden...maybe 688k for 32x65, 788k for 32x75

Visited mah sing booth in nanyang property fair last week, the sales person told me m-residence is the cheapest DSL in klang valley, is that true?

If prefer gated guard community around 5-600k budget can consider MR2, some people say cheapest in the whole Klang valley..if prefer F&G, maybe can consider MR1 or Emerald West plenty of choices
