Concerto carpark has the feature of anti-ramp, means all 4 levels of the carpark has it own intrance and exit, to suit those expensive car like farrari...

damn... macam ini need to get a ferrari... sibeh not bad.

i think i will go SENI. SENI will be my top choice and following second option will be kiaraville or pavilion hilltop.
this concerto location ehhhh..... not so classy seriously if compare seni location..... concerto sandwich by those medium standard condos around and medium cost landed house along the road when coming back.... a little jialat macam super rich people wannabe...

of coz anjali also lagi no need to talk lar. see i also don't want see to stay here if i drive sibeh nice ferrari car.

those silly hilltop buyer always tot they are the most luxury condo... can't even compete with neighbor seni liao in term of luxury. how to compete with serai. some more hilltop sibeh high density compare those real luxury condo.

For sure Seni is the best, but price wise also much higher, concerto launched at less than RM 500 per sqft a year back with DIBS facility, first batch buyers should laugh..

I remember it's teka, built-in oven also teka. Got fridge also, but samsung wan.

Toilet is hansgrohe and duravit.

Yea, Ravon. End up the SA told me that the management has nth to offer for those who buy more than 3 units. I just shy away from this project coz due to affordability and i might consider Villa Crystal, South Desa Park. What do you guys think Villa Crystal if its to compare to Scenaria and Anjali..

concerto look like too late for me. i think i go for anjali 1300sf... should be go buy next week keke

anjali ceiling height is 11ft. very generous on the ceiling space.
minimum 3-4 levels units gone and turn to ceiling height space for all units.

concerto ceiling height how high?

Nice! double check again on concerto. wah size not small also. susah for me to telan.
but very nice to stay 1500+sf exclude private lobby area.
not too big nor too small. sibeh nice size for standard family stay.
and i like some of the details done by bcb.

my final bullet should be fall on anjali.
after dingdong landed far away place or condo closer to kl...

lol... no lar. should be buy for long term own stay.

good is never have this kind of medium-small size built up
1300sf come with private lift lobby. never see 1 around mk and this areas.

those mk private lift lobby...unit built up size sibeh big. no less than 1600sf.

want ok size come with private lift lobby. anjali seem like a good choice liao.

for investment or rental...this project don't think ada tulang makan. sibeh jilat. but buy for own stay only ok. i plan to get 1.

at the heart of MK condo unit still many wait to rent out.
sell out 3 years time also kinda hard. condo closer to jalan kiara 3 lagi low price and not so deep in + better environment.

fyi, saw few PH stay at jalan kiara 3 condo.. macam gangsters.

Are you sure Jalan Kiara 3 is better environment for residential living? for commercial ok lar...

In theory, Jalan 3/61 is better for houses, cos less traffic and dusty air in front of your house...
