Hi guys, for time being, there are some info which I would like to share with.
1. The area might look a bit hulu at this point and congested as the road condition is not so nice. But according to the developer, the road will be widening from single road path to 2 way road path to ease the traffic. this is why you see the front side is under construction.
2. There will be a road divert directly to Desa Park City, which will be handle by one of the developer if no mistake. (Right behind Anjali).
3. May be by now you all know that there will be a interlink to Duke Highway (03-62519100 Kementerian Kerja Raya Malaysia contact to check for the validation)
- Duke 2, either SD link or TR link, commence end of this month and complete in 3 years whereas Dec 2016.

4. Sales gallery is almost ready to view and My personal view is that unit is really quite spacious. Really suite for a family that have 2-3 kids.
5. The dry kitchen section is fully fitted with renown brand.
