not too bad. low density and less crowd.
easy access to kepong/KL although Jln Segambut could be quite a bottleneck (much better now due to CMCO).

Hi all sifu, bro sis, i am looking at the 1788 dual key unit. Buy for own staying in future 6-7 yrs. Before that want to rent out. Anyone can enlighten me what's the typical renting prospect in Anjali? I hope not much AirBnB / homestay is carry out because read some old post it happened before.

Recently looking for mont kiara property also, Every condo at mont kiara have it unique point. And its very huge competition market at mont kiara area also, but from what i know, renting whole unit at anjali will not be good, because it quite far and not walkable to mont kiara city center. So if you do it for co-living (or pass to other's do for you) then the rental yield will be better. My sister was tenanted at opposite condo Royelle Condo. And i ever stay few day at there, so i think most of the time your target tenants will be bachelor's or single / couple white coller people who work at mont kiara and wish to minimised their rental.

And for what i see, as the location itself not attractive like mont kiara center, and most of the old mont kiara project is under residential title, so its not allowed to do short term rental / homestay / airbnb. so you not need to worry about that. nod.gif

May i know what is launching price for 1319 sq ft? Now subsale can get at only 800k.. Is Anjali price depreciate?
