I blif dev started naming tis area north kiara maybe they hav oledi obtained the adress gua. Otherwise wont simply put a name. But tis area ll need a long way to reach the kiara today. Pricing wise I blif its a lil too high for scenaria. Hopefully tis project ll hav cheaper option.

This developer build factory at SriDamansara many years ago and built villa at Jln Ipoh. Condo i guess is their first, can do it boh?

Tough la bro the location. Mid cost they price at RM450 to RM500psf ok ah. Otherwise, developer can make money but buyer aiyo.

if price between RM300 - 400 psf, is BBB mode.
That area able to boost the sales if those ppl prefer to stay close to mont kiara area.
No cheap property nowadays, unless PR1ma. LOL

impossible below 400psf imo,, dev now jack up highest possible n brand it luxury concept one.. at least 500psf im guessing

Their neighbor(UOA) is build aggressively.. But the sales had slow down at newer block.. This the reason they still not launching?
