At the back is Prima Tiara Apartment.
On the left is UOA Scenaria.
On the right is a school.
Dont think UOA will allow outsider to use scenaria condo road to access to Jalan 6/38a !!!

I think best view is facing North East for Block C & D.
Unfortunately , there is STP and DUKE 2 Toll plaza in the future.

I know cause I have a unit at Menara Duta 2 with balcony facing Genting Highlends.

Facing pool of Menara Duta 1 and Duta 2.
Ubobstructed view.
Been lving there for 13 years but moved out since Jan 2014 to landed prop at Prima Impian.
Having dilemma now whether to sell or keep it.
Whats your point of view ?

Actually it's a matter of preference. Some may want to face inside/pool to watch over their families during activities and some must avoid Indah Water STP no matter what. For myself, I need unobstructed view of the mountains. My current condo faces landed housing and STP too but it is hidden by trees (see below). Remember SMK Segambut Jaya has old and tall trees along the perimeter too, so I think that will help to block. IWK also confirmed via official email they will upgrade this STP to covered type which from my research of converted STP will look more green plus they have also planted trees around the perimeter.


Regarding the new DUKE 2 toll plaza, it's estimated to be about 650-700m away and should not be audible or dominate the view.
