Hi guys, im very keen to purchase a unit at Anjali. I jus wonder if there is any interested party who would like to join me and we could form a group which consist of at least four. According to the sales agent, there will be an additional discount to those who purchase more than 4 units at one time. Im looking forward to the additional discount, please pm me.

They are giving a 7 (1st Payment) + 3 (2nd payment) rebates, free Spa and it is semi-furnished but then for the maintenance it would be 0.25 + 0.05 sinking fund. When i was there earlier yesterday, i was being told that they are yet to launch the project but we can still reserved our desire unit by placing a 5k chq. Also, i being told that if me and my frens are to purchased more than 4 units then we can eventually ask and negotiate for an additional discount.

USP would be private lift and semi furnished...

Concerto is better than is project. Just my 2 cent. This project is really deep deep inside. NO selling point for future when complete unless for own stay.

Jalan 3/61, Bukit Segambut, 50200 Segambut, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. But their sale gallery not ready yet you can visit them also. Very deep deep inside the loaction.

this location very bad...smack between low cost apartment prima tiara and the completed condo which never get CF, no human stay inside this condo......so means smack between poor and ghost...;-)...

somemore go to kl have to pass thru the bottle neck jam road in front of mandy villa...lots of bangla and indo worker along the road...

Yeah really bad location. Nowadays people buy property first thing must look at location but this project located at wrong location.

the road connect to jalan kiara 3.

but need to passby kampung area. susah nak jalan jalan.

design concept looks better than 28 dutamas.

Location is quite deep inside. Can count on the access of Kiara 3 solely. One may see how Duke extension could or could not benefit this project.

Views are obstructed by Azaran Hill, Prima Tiara and possibly Scenaria. The school is not obstructing anything.

Still havent get to see layout, spec, size, # of CP, promo package, etc. Maybe should go kaypoh at their Sales Office. As of now, it aint enough USP to excite me so far.

Can someone share how did COncerto fair much better than Anjali? double slab for sanitary piping? superior finishing?

Another project nearby by brem may be around June2014 at Prima Pelangi after orkid villa pjt. Size ard 1200-1400 sq ft, heard price ard Rm500-550psq ft...donno Anjali better or wait for the Brem condo

ya... like the private lobby, reasonable size 1200sf+ and 25+5 cent... + partially furnish
pull back is the need to pass the kampung area... impossible to walk to mk.
future road access will improve? or link to TWY road?
will u go for it if you have bullet on this 1?
