Jalan kiara3 Still can walk. Better pedestrian walkway. Not as good as kiara1 lar of coz.

Scenaria and anjali. Susah sikit. Still need o drive. At wait for it transform. Some jalan Susah expend coz old landed house sudah block for road widening.

but actually most buyers are from the kepong, sri sinar, menjalara sites.... i think most of them access from the other site of the road..

this anjali ada more hip and young element in their interior design and concept compare to scenaria.
scenaria is more toward family stay... peacefull... greenery, macam taichi garden etc etc.

buyer profile at anjali came from many place also. penang, melaka, johor, sabah, sarawak...etc. few friends booked some penang some melaka..

Thinking about the lift questions, each Anjali tower block has 90 to 94 units served by total 3 lifts which is about 30 to 31 units per lift. If ignore the service lift, then 45 to 47 units per lift.

Personally i think it's much better than the PJ condo i stayed in. 8 units per floor, 130 units per block, served by 2 lifts so 65 units per lift, and yet no major waiting time.

near by mosque is almost complete liao , speaker tower sibeh high...

as the mosque located at the corner, the access road to bukit segambut might jam on every friday.... mad.gif

This mosque about 500m away. No doubt Friday prayer time jam but don't think they will block access. Jalan Segambut also to be widened.

Otherwise just use the road of the shop apartments next to Azaran condo.

When come to property, i more concern on the surrounding than the property itself


Same price might only can get subsale normal condo at MK

But the address say itself oledy

Tell ppl u stay at mont kiara pines

Or segambut anjali

My godness!! Just found the location quite bad.. all views are blocked by condo surrounding anjali. Those prima tiara condo and azaran codo look very old. The shop houses beside azaran condo look scary too.. Got 1 view where master room can see school, but beside the school is waste water treatment pool..
