if blocked by some nice facade condo is ok...but surrounding are not condo, just some very rundown low cost apartment..and a apartment with no occupancy for many years...

aiseh.. so jialat. i planing to buy. coz got lobang with developer. tot of staying here. booking done.
scenaria too high density and design nothing much to shout. very typical uoa design.
anjali facade n planing ok lar. density a bit better. and more hip element.

after ding dong either get 1 at heart of MK but have to get the old condo or border of MK new 1... sibeh jialat.

Anjali block C n D more protected from the azan calls, which I think will be more civilised volume in this area.

I emailed IWK, the open lagoon stp will upgrade to fully mechanised sequencing batch reactor in 2 years time due to increased population.

landed with no GNG u still trap within. no safe public compound. anytime get hit by car.
high chansi get rob anytime.

my friend move in MK seni liao. i want stay mk seni but also no $. always go visit and kepoh. sibeh nice.
mk seni cannot get liao. so plan to buy here liao.

chose old MK la...anjali surrounded by lousy apartments, very near, gt cemetery, gt sekolah kebangsaan somemore...all very very near...gt sewege water treatment plant...very veyr near...all walking distance...

sibeh jialat surrounding...

old MK....sibeh nice environment...old condo still keep in very good condition...walk out from condo...nice landscape along the roads...got angmoh, korean, japanese walk here n there...

can walk to 1 mont kiara, solaris mont kiara have fine dining...drive 5 min reach solarios dutamas...

no low cost apartment, no cemetery, no mosque.....si beh nice.....condo old a little bit only, but common area all still very clean and upkeep..... but can renovate internal unit sibeh nice...

wah.... thats also 0.5-0.6mil different ler. i plan to get 1300sf only...
actually i don't like 1800sf dual key. looks funny.
if with no dual key is ok. and the price as you said can get GNG landed liao. rather go gng landed.
damn mk seni you need no less than 1.7mil..... but i rather go seni than gng landed... if only i got this much $......

well aware of it boss.... at heart of MK, outside of the condo compound is the real nice place to walk.
guard at almost every corner of the road. sibeh like the environment. old condo unit may need to put more $ to renovate. if anjali.... like u said. only good is semi furnishing unit anytime for you to move it. thats why keeeppp ding dong.

last time here and damansara height alot.
recently KL south part and jiulai,serdang,seri kembangan,putrajaya sibeh alot.
but friends all move around mk and damansara height here. think of settle here.
i may consider need to give up my wotp or just rent out. small unit should be easy gua....

mk is the limit i can go... too north till dpc cannot liao.

Doomx2 bring up a lot of important points for buyers to beware of. It's helpful.

Mosque, STP, school, all these also faced by most tamans including TTDI & Bangsar. Sri Sinar STP will be upgraded.

Question is Anjali specs in MK, Bangsar or nicer area will be how much? More than RM700 psf for 1300sf?

if anjali spec at the heart of mk for 1300sf. nothing lower than 800+psf. due to medium-small built up.
big unit 1800sf maybe also hovering around 750+psf. and don't forget this is private lift lobby concept. which not much can be found at MK. only those new and exclusive mk condo hanya ada.... some more nothing less than 1500+sf.

Anjali got its advantage la..

but different ppl different concern...for me, i always look at the surrounding environment instead of the single development....

if the budget is 700k ++....chose new condo anjali or oldest condo at mont kiara, let's say MK pines..

definitely my choice will goes for MK pines...can buy fully furnish renovate unit somemore..

ya the design looks outdated...but don forget this is MK.....

dun wan to explain more la...


go to take a walk at Mont kiara streets, and take a walk at Anjali area...then you know what i mean...
