scenaria too high density and design nothing much to shout. very typical uoa design.

after ding dong either get 1 at heart of MK but have to get the old condo or border of MK new 1... sibeh jialat.
chose old MK la...anjali surrounded by lousy apartments, very near, gt cemetery, gt sekolah kebangsaan somemore...all very very near...gt sewege water treatment plant...very veyr near...all walking distance...

old MK....sibeh nice environment...old condo still keep in very good condition...walk out from condo...nice landscape along the roads...got angmoh, korean, japanese walk here n there...
can walk to 1 mont kiara, solaris mont kiara have fine dining...drive 5 min reach solarios dutamas...
no low cost apartment, no cemetery, no mosque.....si beh nice.....condo old a little bit only, but common area all still very clean and upkeep..... but can renovate internal unit sibeh nice...
