Went to Anjali vvip private launch today. 5acres land around 395units. Whole layout look OK OK only. Good selling point is all units got private lobby. 6 floors high carpark... Sibeh high macam midfield...Shit....no basement...

Hi guys, im very keen to purchase a unit at Anjali. I jus wonder if there is any interested party who would like to join me and we could form a group which consist of at least four. FCW Holdings' 16-Acre Development North Kiara (future development)

FCW Holdings Bhd has entered into a joint venture with property heavyweight IJM Land Bhd to develop four parcels of land in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur, into a mixed residential and commercial real estate. FCW, which is controlled by old-time tycoon Tan Sri Robert Tan Hua Choon, is taking a step forward to unlock the value of its 16-acre tract on Jalan Segambut after acquiring the said land from its sister company, Goh Ban Huat Bhd, in 2007. The working name for the project is 368 Segambut.

PTLM stated that KL Matrade exhibition and convention will open next year and 2x hotel 2x office 2x residential and a UK's Benoy architect designed shopping mall will open in 2018. How true is that ?
