Not really... Drag will start to effect once we start moving... what make the difference is how big is the effect...

So driving with your window wide open at high speed will definitely create drag which the effect may be the same as switching on your ac...

Ahh im looking for this exo bumper diffuser/splitter. All universal that i saw is different from this one. I think this one is for exora bold not universal coz the diffuser nicely fit the bumper and those left and right splitter.
