QUOTE(worgen @ May 28 2013, 07:31 PM) If one expect market to go down, will one still keep buying now? i also wish to learn fr him. Or this is called cakap x serupa bikin and bikin x serupa cakap? Exactly. If he can find a property which is a good buy now, he should wait further because the market will go down further. The "good buy" now can even be "better buy" later if he say market will be DDD. It is selective treatment. It just don't make sense to say that the "good buy" he found will appreciate. Whereas all other properties will depreciate. In an analogy, it is like saying when the building (market as a whole) collapses, all units in the building will collapse. While his unit will not be affected and stay in the sky

QUOTE(tikaram @ May 28 2013, 01:29 PM) to all these taiko hantu that follow me everywhere.....worgen, Maun, Amint, Zuiko please do not check my backside ah...... sorry for knowing you and please ignore me ... or else this section going to lock again. this is property thread and not "tikaram" thread. Genrally, I still think property going Down coming forward and this is my view.....so?.... buy only if you like, need, and u can pay that 20% down payment and services that loan with your net income 1/3. I diam2 also u said I follow u? Come on dude. I dont follow u. I happen to be interested in many threads that I see potential in and guess which nick showed up? Tikaram!! Some more keeping saying DDD market only to find out that u are buying more and more. Hahah. Bro no need to pretend la. Nobody is gonna kill u if u just admit that u r as bullish as ever. I jz really cannot tahan seeing this type of ppl action & reaction. If you are bullish, jz say so. Absolutely right, nobody going to kill him. If you are bearish, pls dont buy. But this guy keep cakap x serupa bikin. I m confused. For him, is the market bearish or bullish? Maybe whn whole malaysia market really crashing down, only selected area like kepong sentral will survived and keep appreciating becoz tic tac bought it recently. He is thinking of buying 2nd unit coz he dont know how to spend the 2.5mil collected fr a waterfish.

QUOTE(kidmad @ May 28 2013, 11:31 AM) His officially the UP camp already. Joined the 'BRIGHT' side. Anyway, while everyone is hunting for new development, I'm looking into sub-sale unit and i really do think some of these in Cyberjaya is really worth buying. Need to get some thoughts on them. http://www.iproperty.com.my/propertylistin...wnhouse_ForSaleWhy i'm interested? -walking distance to my office -less than rm300psf!!! dirt cheap imo -1400sf onwards -shopping malls are coming in soon.. end of 2014 #This is the first time i stayed in a place for 1 1/2 years and not moved yet. I'm looking for a place to move again. Agree with u. Some subsale like Cyberia are much cheaper although it full with international students...the layout is bigger compare to studios units that already too much ( i dont want to use the word oversupply). Another cons for Cyberia is that it is old condo.so u may need to check on condition n do some reno. For rental, can rent per room or f/f targetting foreigner....happy hunting & bargaining

In Malaysia the portion is more than the top OECD 27% Greece and Russia is only 11% Another very good report in betterlifeindex I spend more than 3 hours study the whole report and things malaysia will have affordable problem @ 2016 soon. If you listen to Friday 988 chan fong's 10pm talk show. More family issues due to housing loan. Housing expenditure Housing costs take up a large share of the household budget and represent the largest single expenditure for many individuals and families, by the time you add up elements such as rent, gas, electricity, water, furniture or repairs. In the OECD, households on average spend 21% of their gross adjusted disposable income on keeping a roof over their heads. The level of housing costs in household budgets varies from 27% in Greece to less than 16% in Korea. In the Russian Federation, spending on housing accounts for just 11% of the household budget. http://www.oecdbetterlifeindex.org/topics/...g/#/51111111111This post has been edited by tikaram: May 29 2013, 08:59 AM
