I think if the price is going to stay, most probably developer is going to reduce the build up area or lower quality stuff to save cost.

Glad bought a house 2 years ago after reading this thread. Thanks to all the Taiko. You guys can still buy. Rumour from BIG MNC saying that recession will be coming in 2018. But don't take my word on this.
