Why i'm interested?
-walking distance to my office
-less than rm300psf!!! dirt cheap imo
-1400sf onwards
-shopping malls are coming in soon.. end of 2014

Agree with u. Some subsale like Cyberia are much cheaper although it full with international students...the layout is bigger compare to studios units that already too much ( i dont want to use the word oversupply). Another cons for Cyberia is that it is old condo.so u may need to check on condition n do some reno.
