Waterfront will pave way eventually for Parkcity going into education. This site also looks good as a mixed development site.

Carpark 2 condo site will eventually block whatever park view of CP condo. Parkcity is turning into a big time con.

DPC getting very greedy. They thought by upping the rentals and forcing the old tenants out, these new ones will pay and stay.

So now these new tenants are dying too. They will not make it to Arcadia. Arcadia will be a killing field too.

I finally stepped into this place. Die pain pain the owners, at least for the next few years. Faraday should be called Farfarday.

The concept is new in M'sia. Looks neither here nor there. Feels like Bugis Junction yet, so high end. Big courtyard supposed to hold events, now put synchronised fountain for kids and another what not fountain. The execution looks like half-measured.

It's a no-brainer that those units without the banners are developer's. My gut feel is about 50%. Occupancy as some have pointed out about 5%. The price appreciation was an illusion. Developer won the battle but not the war.

One agent said the reno costs is high. Surprisingly, for this kind of price aircon piping not given & ventillation ducts not given. Got that so called state-of-the-art vacuum rubbish chute. Aisay, no rubbish, what to suck?

Add the 3 or 4 months deposit, you do the math. No wonder it is empty.

Your low is looking at $6.70psf? Yes, in psf it is way cheaper than waterfront's > rm12psf. But buildup so huge the total amount is huge. Somemore you said it's dying. Sell also susah, 6% GST on RM5mio, who has that cash nowadays?
