2nd, went to the curve.bah...i said i forgot bring my member card.they jz ask for my ic then can went in liow.kaka. seriously, wisma consplant is very old, but the studio is nice. but the curve,studio is sucks.got two big tiang blocking, hardly can see the instructor teaching.

axis quite oklor...overall. that is the first time i step into FF.
kl outlet i think i hardly will go, coz too far for me.

some guy from FF The Curve called me yesterday...say promo until end of this month...bring one fren get RM10 off monthly membership..can get total of RM150 off...

FF Dmsr Uptown told me the 50% promo is like this :-

if I bring a friend to join, both of us will get 50% off joining fee and first month's fee. Then the following months are usual rm150/month.

i am interested to join IOI branch of fitness first. However my concern is will it be very pack ? i plan to go everyday 6.30 am in the morning. Is this hour a lot of people alredi ?

That's the time I usually go there. If you go after working hours or at night, it will be crowded like a market, which I believe is the same at most gyms elsewhere.

at night is packed. morning will do good. usually not much ppl will workout morning. but right after 6pm.. lol.. everyone after work will come.

Been to FF LM once during morning hours. Wah so empty. But a lil bit colder.

Another good time to go gym - Friday lunch break (if you get the extra long break).

Yup. Most are working people and a few aunties. Not to say it is totally empty at 6.30am but it is way much better than going in the evenings.
