Wanna ask about FF promotion - get a friend to join and get 50% off - does anyone know how this works? Is it off monthly fee? I dont wanna ask the FF consultants bcause they're pushy.

FF Dmsr Uptown told me the 50% promo is like this :-

if I bring a friend to join, both of us will get 50% off joining fee and first month's fee. Then the following months are usual rm150/month.

Does any FF member here who has the rm120 passport membership wants to transfer it to me?

FF membership can be transfered but need to pay certain transfer fee i think. Last time they used to have this rm120 promotion but i was told that promo ended.

Anyone know what are their latest promo? I sms them but they never call me yet.

Today I go to FF promo booth in The Curve, they say if u join in April, u pay rm99 admin fee, thats all. U will pay rm175 (for passport) in May. So its free for the whole month of April. Just want to let u guys know the latest promotion.

Home = you can only access 1 outlet
Passport = you can access all outlets in malaysia and also oversea

I just join passport package on 28 april 2008 in The Curve, they charge me:-

admin fee: rm99
month may: rm 141
total = rm240 (no need to pay deposit)

after may onwards, i need to pay rm175/month

if u wan towel, u need to add rm20/month

FF Menara Axis and Damansara Uptown got promo - free 1 month membership for 1st timer.

The minimum joining period is rm159/mth home membership, minimum 3 mths contract. If dont wan credit card, can use bank account book.

if i wan to go FF Menara Maxis during weekday lunch hour, where should i park my car? any suggestions?

FF said to qualify 4 student rate, u hv to be 21yrs below

Celeb 1U Vs FF curve?

Equipment: Celeb have better and more equipment
Crowd: Celeb not much people as FF
Classes: Celeb classes conducted by mostly foreigners, it seems better
Sauna/Steam: Celeb sucks, its too small compare to FF, steam always spoil, heat frm sauna escape easily due to poor design
Price: Celeb cheaper, the last promo i remember is join 2years free 2years, lifetime is rm5k+
Other factor: FF got more branch, free drinks, celeb got free towel

Added on September 24, 2008, 9:04 pmI ask the counter about transfering my membership. They said the new member will have to sign up 12 mths contract. I thought the new member will only continue the remaining time period where i left off. Is the consultant bluffing or is it a new policy?

Does anyone here transfer their membership before or take over someone else membership? I saw some of you post that the new member will continue whatever months left in the contract. But I ask the counter ,they said the new member will have to start all over again 12 months. She said this rule has been there more than 3 years. Who is telling the truth?

You have to pay rm299. i also want to quit, but think of freezing the account better. just have to pay rm35/mth. Or you can transfer membership, pay rm99 transfer fee. but so far no one wants to take my membership :-(

I thought of freezing 1 month, join back 1 month, freeze again 1 month, join back 1 month. like this can save money, although it does drag your contract futher, but at least u dont have to pay rm175 every month

U have to get a pass frm the security b4 entering the building, then when u exit the gym u have to swipe the card, unlike other branch, u just need to press the button to go out. parking is expensive in klcc area, tats why i dun like to go there.

ohh, its 45 degree , not 90 degree. is there a difference? cause i think both 45 and 90 degree machine will have the person in a 90 degree position, requiring the person to bend up to a 180 degree, right?

Its called the FirstClub. only applicable to members who are with FF >10months. they will change your card to gold color :-) the benefits include bring a friend on Saturday OR Sunday. they also told me we have discounts purchasing FF items and extended DVD rental period. but im quiting this month to save money. so next month my firend who is FirstClub member can bring me in on Sundays
