Price of Hyve is at least 10% cheaper than Cybersquare. Cybersquare's advantage is that it has shops. I believe some may like to stay in the vicinity of shopping area and not within the same project as shopping because of the noise, security, traffic inconvenience etc, for those reasons, I prefer Hyve which is quite near to Shaftsbury.

Can Hyve RM432psft (after discount) increase to be same as Shaftsbury condo price today (RM734psft in iprop) during 2016 completion?

hard to say atm, if the economy remain robust and the demand for studio units at cbj picks up and the over supply situation did not happened, there is high possibility that it can fetch the target price.

Showroom lot ppl... 80% booked for all 4 blocks..
1000units plus for this project.. Just 450sqft and 775 sqft only... I bit back off for cbj cos too many high rise building been launched recently... And mct gt cuming resi condo projects near sp setia area in cbj.. And around 3000 plus units also....

Gt captured some pic but not so gud post here.. Hehe
