So..what is the pro/con of residential and office title..?

Residential title pool view fully booked..the other view roughly 50% booked..technosuite nearly 50%..as of 30minutes ago..

No bumi discount..if opt for progressive payment..additional 3.5% rebate..confirmed..

For pool view..no other option other than taking the commercial unit..and confirm 5k not refundable if cheque has been credited..so panel bank will do check within 7 days..if ok they will credit or else cancel booking and return cheque..still a lot for commi unit
