If you like privacy and condo life, go HYVE,

if you like everything at your door step, go for Shaftsbury square ( sub sale)......

That's the reason why i booked Hyve compared to to others but that's before Cybersq came out.

and i would say HYVE concept is the first in CBJ...

Others just like typical mixed development project or big size condo project...

any comments?

what i can see is that cbsq is higher in density but facility is better than hyve.

i still prefer hyve for low density and privacy.

Frim hyve can walking distance to skypark? Skypark will have shopping mall..Yesterday bump to skypark booth at Curve, studio fully furnished selling 590psf
