ya my friend got the invitation and we actually went there for sighting last week but the exact location was not given then so both of us was like having a joyride to cyberjaya and we had tea break at the Shaftbury Square. 2 days later he got the email and address, we was like WTH its just behind Shaftbury where we were having our teabreak and we did not notice

studio rental abt 1500-1800 +- depending on the interior furnishing.. u would be surprise the rental market there is quite gd..
location wise is at the centre of cyberjaya, right behind shaftsbury square, closer to the most of commercial buildings.
all spa & loan, disbursement& s/duty are absorbed..

Bro Soros, after visiting CBJ, totally change my perception on it compared to my last visit( 4 yrs back i think)...
Especially Shaftsbury Square, considered quite happening as 3 Banks there, and maxis, digi, celcom there as well...
This place won't go wrong for me as will become more mature in few years back...
Compared few projects still think HYVE located in right location of CBJ

For rental RM 1300 nett RM 1200, it is good enough for RM 330k investment.
