1). What they may offer u is *XXX* EPIC idiotic. 85% - BLR 2.2 and up 30 years only.
2). Bank historical service is lame and below standard of expectation.
3). Although they wrote up an report to comment KIMLUN group flying high and fully confident with HYVE project but their action is do not mean with their comment.
4). I hate their saving plan scheme agent which created alot of many dishonest disaster.
5). You can anytime pick other bank which providing better offter than them.

RHB no DIBS, 25 years -2.1 for commercial loan. With that, get additional 3.5% discount ~ RM8750...During construction period, i am not very sure how it count, and how much i will need to pay...worth to sign with RHB?
