RHB no DIBS, 25 years -2.1 for commercial loan. With that, get additional 3.5% discount ~ RM8750...During construction period, i am not very sure how it count, and how much i will need to pay...worth to sign with RHB?

LTV?

I believe -2.1% is OK although UOB is giving -2.2%.

guys, what do you think about cybersquare compare to hyve... although I booked hyve and seems cybersquare concept not bad (soho, retail, office within its compound with lots of facilities) but price slightly expensive...hmmm
