Nope, my friend booked... Itchy to buy but still bit unsure the future of CBJ.. too many investors already...
And coming up got alot project going to launch... one is the MCT resi project...

Well there are two relatively big parcels of land near to the hyve. Furthermore one of these has good frontage on the other side. Who knows, maybe something could pop out. Haha

Beside that their Car park only have 1 entrance if you compare with Hyve there are 3 hideout , additionally 6 acres with 1400 units is not adviseable, if compare with Hyve 5 acres about 700++ units.

Really is very high density compared to others around Cyberjaya. Cannot imagine how the traffic flow be like if carpark is full and everyone decided to come out at the same time. May be the first and only traffic jam area for a while in whole of Cyberjaya.

I'm surprised a lot of ppl that working in CBJ not aware of this project.
and when i tell them about it, most feedback are value for money, but worry more supply than demand.

Won't know real figures till VP but just driving around CBJ and surfing new launch website, you will know there are many (read: MANY) development projects in CBJ, all ready by 2016-2017. Oversupply, highly possible...
