Agree with Cabinda and you want your daughter to rest in an office?

Office??? Malaysian SOHO is dual purpose lah. If you hv seen the show unit, it was much nicer than many residential studio, I mean to stay. Anyway, it is meant for my daughter to rest when she has like few hours in between lectures or needing to do projects. It may not be as near to the university as what I would like to be but it is at least better than going back to our house in Damansara. And because it is near to Shaftbury square, she can get all her favourite food. Look forward to a early hand over.

Her dad??? No her mum lah. Yes kids nowadays are so lucky and spoiled. Her dad bought her a brand new Audi TT for her to drive to school and the poor mum is driving a HRV. Anyway, I think it is parents who spoiled them. Yah, hopefully she will appreciate and do the same to their children in future. Back to Hyve, I think it was a good buy as I got my unit for less than RM200k. Just that it is a bit far from where we are staying now.

It's interesting to see the unconscious bias Ness that people here has. By default will think it's the father that provides and makes such investment decision. Not a criticism but an observation.

Mummy makes small investment decision and daddy makes big investment decision. Before daddy can make big investment decision, mummy must give approval first! drool.gif drool.gif drool.gif

Let's not touch on the family affairs of other people, it is their personal wishes to provide the best for their loving child. Let's get back to topic.

It wasn't when I was there yesterday, although they have put in place temporary walkway with scaffolding, plywood and canvas to Block B. Not very inviting is you ask me. They should have done that path properly. But overall progress looks good.

Photo taken yesterday.
The show unit is located at Block B ground floor, it's looking better than the one used to be in Shaftsbury Square. smile.gif
