The whole building will be in black colour...Look different as compared to normal white colour building.

I don't know the outcome good or not. But the colour can be seen on some portion of the building...a bit dark in fact. Anyway, hopefully the whole feeling can be similar as illustrated on brochure.

Currently, some luxury condo tend to use black colour as the exterior colour. The leafz nearby nirvana building is good example. Osk project nearby putrajaya lake also using black colour.

I took a visit to the show gallery again last few weeks, still got 100+- units left unsold, mainly due to loan rejection as the bank has tightened the lending regulations. Btw, Block B consists of a lot of commercial title unit. Surrounding development still can find residential title soho unit. Block B soho 450sqf still many units left.

Hopefully, with its attractive design and outlook for this property, it should be able to attract more "qualified buyers" to grab it in last minute. Otherwise, the buyers need to compete with developer to sell their unit during vacant possession.

The price for 580sqf about a year ago was about RM370k after rebate for high floor unit Block B. Currently should be about RM380k to RM390k after rebates. However, It is not sure still available or not. Can request two side by side car park with developers if buying high floor unit.

Currently dpulze Soho rental rate for basis unit is about rm1300, full furnished about rm1700. With two rooms.

With so good facilitators and design, I think all of the buyer for the hyve should request the same rate.

I did check before with worker there, he mentioned that the new land clearing activity is for shoplot development by ikhasas group, the current shaftbury developer. Hopefully the source is correct.

Anyway, it is too good to be true that such development will eventually benefit The Hyve.

However, for me if a college or international school is built on this piece of land, it might be better than a row or shop. Haha. Just hope for the best.

The construction site over the piece of land next to The Hyve is going to build two low rise office towers. I just see one of the towers will be 12 storey building. This will further create value to The Hyve. I think it will be good news to all buyers.

It is happy to note that this two buildings will not block your view should your unit located at high floor. Apart from that, maybe there will be some office workers rent your unit due to close distance to their working place.

After checking it in details,.the office building is owned by ministry of science and technology. Haha. So, it will be occupied by government servant. Non worry on supply issue.
