QUOTE(Kinchew956 @ Aug 15 2015, 11:01 PM) Just called some SA for pricing, Actually before discount is more than 50 % increment from Blob A, it is simply too much for buyer to step in since the potential return is very low as compared to blob A. 520 sq.ft. used to be around 250k, u mean now at 375k?

I also saw such prices quite some time ago. My unit vs block b unit significantly different price.
For blocking view from shaftbury, to be frank if I stay there it will be all blackout curtains and if shaded = less aircon bill. I'm not a nature guy and I suspect few ppl will stand at their window once a week to take in the cyberjaya view.

Anyone knows what is the price for 580sqft now? Do I calculate by RM721/sqft X 580? Therefore, RM418,180?

The price for 580sqf about a year ago was about RM370k after rebate for high floor unit Block B. Currently should be about RM380k to RM390k after rebates. However, It is not sure still available or not. Can request two side by side car park with developers if buying high floor unit.

Currently dpulze Soho rental rate for basis unit is about rm1300, full furnished about rm1700. With two rooms. With so good facilitators and design, I think all of the buyer for the hyve should request the same rate. quote=Asgaard,Aug 11 2015, 05:20 PM] Show unit on site ready by october [/quote] QUOTE(Kinchew956 @ Aug 16 2015, 12:01 AM) Just called some SA for pricing, Actually before discount is more than 50 % increment from Blob A, it is simply too much for buyer to step in since the potential return is very low as compared to blob A.

IMO, hyve is a more premium property and should command more rental, but finger crossed.

You can demand as high as you want as long as there's people willing to pay you for it, otherwise it's just looking nice on paper for shiok sendiri. Apology if my words are too blatant and direct, I do not mean to insult anyone. It is just the current nature of things right now, people should be more realistic when it comes to investment.
