Location beside Hewlett Packard...

I think its safer and suitable for u....comes furnished as well...but only 1st time home buyer can touch this project....their sales gallery at The Domain...


Do check if they have any burdened commitment such as unable to rent out or sell within XX years...

Dont believe fully what salesmen said they always pull out assumption figuees based on syok sendiri valuation... Try put up ur unit for sale test market see got buyer interested or not...

Anyway from my renter point of view if me and my wife work around the area rm1-1.2k definitely a good deal to rent 😁😁

Once its quickly filled up with tenant than slowly can raise the rate from there on lah....

Grey color ok lah...the paint can tahan lama more than 5-7 years...

U paint white or too strong color like crescent 1 and 2 fuhh very fast worn off and berkarat
