Hi. Just bought the Hyve. hopefully, by the time the loan process settle, hyve will be VP. By the way, the dark gray color looks nice and very premium. It's kinda trend nowadays condo in this color. Mirage condo also in this color. There's also this high end condo in Bangsar (Rhombus) in this color.

A SA said about 65 left. Dunno true or not.
Next person going drop by and ask can? If they have the board up with the stickers, take a photo so we know what units/level left. biggrin.gif

Odd question, if I was to rent... can I still come in for a swim and chill on the grounds? Or like I give up all rights to do that when I rent it out?

Zavia.. agree with u. we should start Hyve owner group fb. Can share and discuss if got issue. And the monthly BBQ sounds interesting wink.gif

Cant remember how many unit left. What i know, lots of loan got rejected nowadays (any new devolopment/subsale) due to strict ruling and applicant profile not good (ccris/ctos).

Me also have the same thinking whether if i can still use the clubhouse and swimming pool after i rented out my unit.. ;D

Try check at their website http://www.hyve.com.my/
The price now is more expensive compared to launching price
because the development almost completed.
But i think the price is still ok if compared to other condo that has completed.
Got mine <RM300k for 450 sqft. Elsewhere in cyber, price is more than RM300k for about the same size studio. Try contact the agent to find out more.
