QUOTE(PowerGadget @ Jan 19 2017, 04:24 PM) guys, I just applied 8Mbps streamyx and today the technician came to install in my premise. however, after the installation, I found out that the speed fluctuate between 0.5Mbps to 8.48Mbps. The speed keep changing from time to time. anyone know how to solve this? is it because of contractor workmanship? Not everyone can subscribe to 8Mbps Streamyx. Your house might be too far away from the exchange. The cable from the pole to your house is no good. The cable inside your house is no good.

You have to check with TM on this issue. If they can't provide the package you subscribe, you have the right to cancel the agreement.

QUOTE(karthyhu @ Jan 22 2017, 04:00 PM) what will we get from tm suprise ? Either Webe or hypptv package rebate. Don't put too much hope on free speed upgrade. They only care for unifi subscribers now. Currently at tm point waiting my turn to downgrade from 8mbps to 4mbps.

QUOTE(misspinky @ Jan 17 2017, 01:17 PM) Not mention for speed upgrade or unifi lite » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Meaning that those who currently subscribe for Streamyx 1Mbps or 2Mbps then become abandon already?

SKMM/MCMC don't have power to force TM give customer's requirement one. End up this useless SKMM/MCMC only a "forwarder" service provider.. Langsung tak effective one..
