didnt get any offer at all.
 and im not from KV btw. while 30Mb unifi is around rm200, our 8Mb streamyx should be around rm100 or less to be fair. But well, everything is plain business.  |

Hi guys, I have a question, just two months ago I upgraded to Streamyx 8mbps from 4mbps.. and my monthly payment has shot up to 220++ for two months in a row.. Anyone know why? I have attached my bill below, and I dont understand what im paying for
 Am I being charged for nothing?? I thought 8mbps got promo at RM140?

guys, I just applied 8Mbps streamyx and today the technician came to install in my premise. however, after the installation, I found out that the speed fluctuate between 0.5Mbps to 8.48Mbps. The speed keep changing from time to time.
anyone know how to solve this? is it because of contractor workmanship? |
