We don't even know what is criteria for streamyx users selection and location of upgrade.

hypptv plan or webe rm10 discount per month or gemfive voucher is for Unifi pro user only, unifi vip(old plan) and unifi advance get the free upgrade.

Unifi pro user only get to choose 1 of this 3 options, i already cheack with TM live chat. you guys can check with TM live chat now too.

I have a very strange problem.
When I unplugged the cable from the fixed line phone, my internet speed return to normal. When I plug back the cable to the phone, my internet speed reduce to half (4mbps to 2mbps).
Anyone encounter this problem?

Do you use splitter?

Maybe 2nd or 3rd quarter this year.
Still got hope.
