my experience to MCMC and SKMM is good.
Encountered frequent disconnection and unstable bandwidth, called to 100 many times, technician come and go, problem still unable to solve, after I complained to MCMC, the next day TM called me to enquire my problem and questioned me why I complained to MCMC brows.gif , then the next day, technician come and my problem solved. rclxms.gif
I suspect before that always send those irresponsible/internship technician to check, after complained to MCMC then only sent experienced technician to come.

happened to me also previously, called 100 many times just keep saying already provide 80% of the subscribed speed.
