Hi guys, I plan to subscribe to 8Mbps streamyx and wonder is it if I apply through streamyx website,I could get one month free?

guys, I just applied 8Mbps streamyx and today the technician came to install in my premise. however, after the installation, I found out that the speed fluctuate between 0.5Mbps to 8.48Mbps. The speed keep changing from time to time.
anyone know how to solve this? is it because of contractor workmanship? |
